Placing an online order
Where do you deliver?
We will ship anywhere within England, Scotland & Wales. (Maybe to Ireland and surrounding little islands if you are lucky enough, but please reach out and check with us prior to placing an order).
How much is a delivery?
Delivery fees vary please see checkout screen.
When can I have my order?
We aim and will do our absolute best to dispatch your delicious dates within 24 hours of ordering.
How much time does it take to deliver?
Multiple options are available during the checkout process that you could choose from.
Can I collect my order from a shop?
What shop? we are starting out small so unfortunately we do not have a retail premises, but with your support we hope to be opening shops all over the UK. (dream big)
Where are the dates grown?
Bader, one of the founders is a Jordanian national so the source of our dates is very important to us. Based on supply and demand the source our dates varies from either a Palestinian owned company or directly from Jordanian farms.
Ethical dates?
Our Palestinian supplier works with local farmers, donating 20% of all profits directly to Palestinian communities and helps aid and evolve the agriculture.
Do you have any vegetarian and vegan options?
Our entire current range is suitable for a vegetarian diet with vegan options available.
However, please note we work in an environment where non vegetarian produce has been prepared.

Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes we do, but please see items description for more information regarding dietary requirements.
What is the shelf life of your stuffed dates?
Our dates are made fresh and should be stored in a cool & dry environment for up Four to Six weeks.
What are the storage instructions?
Our products need to be kept cool, dry and maybe somewhere where no one else will find them.
Are your dates & ingredients suitable for a Halal diet?
Our entire current range is suitable for a Halal diet.
Dietary & Allergen Information
All our products are made in a kitchen that handles NUTS, GLUTEN (WHEAT), DAIRY, EGG, meat and FISH.
A more detailed list of allergens can be found in the description of each product page on our online shop. Even though we take allergens very seriously and we are extremely cautious, traces may be found.

Unfortunately once the order has been placed we are unable to amend it.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately once the order is accepted the order cannot be cancelled.
